if you haven't found one yet...look up vegetable corer. i saw on amazon.com that they have them (zucchini corer).

Thank you for showing me how to make stuffed zucchini for my husband - he is from Lebanon and I am Italian, so it's good for me to know a new dish!
I have a question - where can I get a knife like yours? I've looked online and in every store but I can't find it! Please tell me where to get a carving knife. Thank you.
